The Federal Prison has a moral responsibility to Hollisv Wayne Fincher to furnish him with the proper medication he needs. First of all Mr. Fincher has not even committed a crime. He was only guilty of exorcising his constitutional right to keep and bear arms. And that is not illegal. And second, There are criminals in prison that have committed violent crimes, such as rape and murder and they still get their required medication. I think they are just trying to make an example of Mr. Fincher because he knows his constitutional rights and our Government does not like it when the law abiding citizens know and exorcise their rights. This country is in bad trouble. It has been overthrowed and it is time that We The People take our country back from the people that have overthrowed it.

Wow, who wrote this crap?
I’m VERY well versed in this entire subject matter, probably more so than the author. However, I find this piece to be so entangled in false premises and illogical conclusions that I cannot lower myself to sorting them out and refuting them all.
Suffice it to say, I call BS!
And we wonder sometimes how the statists can call Constitutionalists and libertarians “right wing nutjobs”? THIS crap is why! PLEASE delete this article! You only detract from rational people everywhere!

Soon as I see anyone in your neck of the woods do anything other than say how wrong everybody else is and how everyone’s suggestions are doomed to failure, I’ll have a lot of folk ready to follow right behind you.
But frankly, back in ‘Nam we always had Captains or Second LTs who never did jack shit except talk about how THEY would have done something better than the grunts who actually made it happen. I don’t expect a lot different from this site.

Small acts of insubordination will not accomplish anything concrete. It is a way to lose more slowly. Right in line with voting Republican.
Also, once people get used to taking the money, that WILL affect their choices in life.

Btw, tech note: cookies are required to post. Well ok but I am just going to delete the cookies in question and re-add the site to the blocklist as soon as the msg is posted, so wtf is the point exactly?

i fail to see how taking a government job and then intentionally partaking of many small acts of subordination to hinder or prevent said employer from completing its unconstitutional and unlawful mission is accepting what i understand to be invisible and intangible chains. you would be literally getting paid in an increasingly worthless currency for the sole purpose of opposing, preventing, and perhaps non-violently overthrowing that very system, as well as converting it into firearms, ammunition, and other such stores of value as a fail-safe mechanism.
in fact, it doesn’t matter who your employer is, because we’re still talking about the same currency, aren’t we?
on the other hand, i can see clearly how the belief that the constitution can actually prevent the kind of government it has bequeathed unto this society does constitute said chains. as the zen student said, “my horns won’t fit through the door.” the selfsame road to hell awaits.
